The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex twice world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the novice continues to be one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Difference
As the two fighters engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly happening.
